4-Topping Pizza

This is one of those.  One of those times when.....it's not what you think.
It's not the same as "back home".

We're in Spain, and it's late at night......and that means really late at night, 'cause we can't find somewhere that's still open to feed us just a bite, after a wonderful concert.

We're on foot.  We've had a long (really wonderful) day in Barcelona; and we just need a bite.  Not a sit-down dinner (there's plenty of those open at 11:30 pm).  Just looking for a bite of something, just a bit substantial.  You know what I'm talkin' about.  That part's the same, no matter where you are in the world.

Finally, we trip across a "Pizzeria".  In Spain.  I know, I know.  But it's open for business, it's clean, it's got a real menu, and we're just that hungry.

We look it over, and decide on a pizza.  A "four-topping" pizza.  We pick (bet you can guess) ham, mushroom, olives and artichokes.  And this is what we got.

Two slices ham; two slices mushroom; two slices olive; and two slices artichokes.

It was delicious.  And yes, we're still laughing.

The reality is, it's not always what you think.
At least not when you're traveling.
