Also, if you're interested, I have a fabulous lentil recipe that's not Peruvian, available on request. It's loaded with fresh veggies, it's flavorful and not the least bit boring. I don't know if it will bring you luck on the first day of the week, but I know I can't stop eating them, they're that good.
