Your favorites are all pretty much standard fare at our Thanksgiving feast. I use the sweet potato casserole in the recipe book you gave me; and Beata gets credit for the stuffed mushrooms, which I thought were spectacular. Of course Mr. C is the guy who turns out a perfect bird every time, even when it's 22 pounds! And the sage dressing is his signature dish ~ It was special to have your homemade dinner rolls, and your family is right ~ your mashed potatoes are perfection!
