We've nev...This one was an eye-opener for me. We've never had to be so on-guard; I was trying to be so cautious about our things disappearing that I was totally (uncharacteristically) unorganized. Because we heard that it's common for your luggage to be ravaged, for example, I separated medicines, money, everything. Then spent the entire trip worrying about where everything was! I think I would do that part differently, were I to do it over again. You can spend so much time worrying about your camera being stolen, for example, that you are afraid to take pictures. Or so worried about your money, so you don't carry any and can't buy that bag when you see the weaving women. It's good to be cautious, but you can't let it overtake the journey. So we were appreciative of the educational part of this trip. There is much of the world that is unlike our own piece of the planet. These experiences change a person. Forever.
